Public Consultation on Speed Limit Changes

The Township of St. Joseph is updating classification and speed limits for municipal roads within the municipality. This process is being undertaken to ensure appropriate speed limits match current conditions resulting from changes in density, road surfacing and alterations, as well as feedback from residents. 

A schedule showing current and proposed speed limits is available for viewing HERE or at the municipal office (1669 Arthur Street).  Council is asking the public to submit their written comments by January 26th, 2024, to be considered at the regular Council meeting held February 7th, 2024, at 6:30.
