Centennial Grounds Trail System
This fantastic trail winds its way through mature maple forest, open fields and gentle hilly terrain. Good for walking, running, cycling and more! Just off of the trail there are loops of mountain bike/hiking/snowhsowing trails. They are flagged and marked at each entrance with trail signage, maps and approximate distances. These trails offer a great place to exercise and enjoy the natural beauty of the Maple bush in all seasons.
There are two openings for this trail system.
1. 10th Side Rd, Centennial Grounds behind the fire hall is parking in the marked areas and the trailhead is off to the right. Look for the signage.
2. Enter the trail from the Womens Institute Park, up the hill at the Twin Rocks housing complex

Stribling Park
Stribling Park is a great place to bird watch, with many migrating birds stopping over. Sand beach picnic area and views of the shipping channel can be seen from this park. Trails can be wet during spring/summer/fall in certain areas. This is an excellent snowshoing trail in winter months. Found at the end of Humes Side Road.
Cycling Routes
St. Joseph Island offers a magnificent connective cycling trail destination south of the Lake Huron North Channel Cycling route. It is a perfect Drive-and-Ride destination. The roadways are surface treated hardtop in good condition with minimal traffic and beautiful treed canopies. Rolling hills, pastoral views, waterfront routes, abundant wildlife, Canadian Shield, and markets are just a few of details of this 70 km circle route.
