Notice: Water/Sewer Bills for December

Water & Sewer Billing for Residents of Richards Landing
Due to the Canada Post strike, the Township is unable to mail out the current water & sewer bills, which are due on or before January 2, 2025. Bills have been printed and are available for pick up at the office. Alternatively, residents may reach out to the office to confirm the balance due or have your bill sent to you by email. 

If you had no previous unpaid balance, the bills for WATER ONLY are $141.00 and WATER AND SEWER are $279.00

Property Tax and Water/Sewer bills can be paid online through your financial institution or by cash, cheque, or debit at the Township Office. A drop box is located by the front door of the Township Office for payments dropped off outside of business hours (for cheque payments only). Please contact us with any questions:
